Business System Analyst

EPPC Albania is looking for a Business System Analyst for one of its clients, a well known International bio-pharmaceutical company.

Major Responsibilities:

Support sales strategy through necessary analysis required by Sales Department;
Ensure the timely update of CRM and Order Taking System;
Developing and implementing system ensuring consistency between business requirements and the technical solution;
Provides application-level support on core business systems;
Works closely with IT Team and company’s users to address application support issues;
Works closely with vendors and consultants to manage application support and manage issues, fixes and feature requests;
Maintains core system databases, monitoring database health, and works proactively with vendors and consultants to ensure database updates and configuration changes are implemented.
Supports the team and power users by performing data analysis, management, and conversion tasks.
Leads and conducts systems testing having defined test conditions and developed accurate and complete test plans
Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Requirements for this position are:

Economic degree or similar experience;
Very good knowledge of Italian;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Knowledge of Power BI, Sales Force, Oracle and of the major IT applications is appreciated;
Capability of Project Management;
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills;
Structured and analytical way of working;
Team player, flexibility and proactivity;
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
