Based on the proven experience in the industry and head office in Tirana the company aims to offer consumer finance and microfinance services to private individuals with the most convenient borrowing process for the customer. Our team consists of financial, IT, Customer Service professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Data Analyst.
Main responsibilities:

√ Support business in data driven decision making
√ Helping outlining problems and performing detailed analysis on them
√ Extracting and preparing data
√ Calculating impact of various business scenarios and decisions
√ Presenting findings and suggesting improvements for existing processes
√ Monitoring business processes and effects of implemented changes
√ Ad -hoc reporting
Main requirements

√ Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
√ Proven track record in business analytics in supporting data driven decisions for various departments.
√ Excellent technical skills - SQL, Excel. Knowledge of other analytical tools like R, Python, SPSS etc. is an advantage.
√ Consumer lending/banking industry experience will be considered as advantage
√ Education in economics, finance, statistics, computer science and other STEM fields will be considered as an advantage
√ Good communication and presentation skills
√ Fluent in English
