Participation in the creation and implementation of Vodafone Albania’s employer branding strategy and yearly roadmap in line with the global guidelines and local needs. Supporting the whole company with exciting and innovative awareness building and attraction campaigns to boost the quality and quantity of applicants and increase the overall, mainly digital employer brand of Vodafone Albania.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Defining Vodafone Albania employer branding strategy and agenda in line with group initiatives, our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and local needs - Coordinating the defined employer branding activities regarding awareness and resourcing campaigns, as well as University and other external partner relationships - Keeping contact with internal and external peers – such as agencies, collaboration partners, Internal Communication, External Affairs and Brand teams of Vodafone Albania – and defining strategies of the cooperation and ensuring that the agreed plans are implemented - Campaign planning and execution, including productions like photo and video shootings - Ensuring continuously developing always-on digital marketing presence of the company - Analyzing market trends based on external research and internal focus group discussions - Looking for innovative employer branding ideas - Participation in global initiatives organized by Vodafone Group. - Administrative tasks such as handling of POs, invoices, and budget tracking
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: - Experience in employer branding and resourcing activities is an advantage - Ability to cope with multiple tasks at the same time - Creative campaign management experience
Must have technical / professional qualifications: - 2 years of experience in the field of communication - Data-driven, digital mindset - Strong communications, stakeholder management and analytical skills - English knowledge
