ERP Specialist

Description

This role is responsible for ERP & Logistics applications Design & Delivery. It includes delivery of Vodafone Albania IT solutions related to Corporate Domain applications, ensuring their design, security and operability is according to Vodafone standards and complies with company’s OKRs and KPIs. This also includes coordination of non-functional requirements with teams responsible for infrastructure, connectivity, integrations, security and service operation plus external system integrators or vendors.

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Design and deliver highly scalable Corporate management systems
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry best practices practices
• Guarantee that required infrastructure, connectivity’s, resources, and tools are always available to ensure business continuity.
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
• Collaborate with solution architects, modellers, and IT team members on new business requirements
• Support operations team in analyzing issues reported in live environment
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to identify and define needs, understand the solution context and corporate standards
• Maintain all system documentation of corporate systems based on approved service and change requests (e.g., End user, support, system specs, architecture etc.)

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• Deep technical understanding of Corporate systems (ERP, Payroll, Logistics etc)
• 5+ years’ experience with integration, application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premises Corporate applications is required.
• Complex solution design experience
• Experience and knowledge of different integration technologies and methodologies for real-time and batch integrations
• Strong finance business processes and Sales and Distribution experience and acumen
• Vendor management experience
• Relevant certifications and qualifications will be advantageous
• Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment processes
• Cloud and DEVOPS experience are a plus

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
• Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
