IMS Specialist
Purpose of Position:
Responsible for all planning/operations activity and all services/applications related to all IMS platforms and NVFI.
Main Duties
Network Performance Management for vIMS domain with all its nodes and services (CSCF, BGF, SBC, MRF, MTAS, IP Works, AFG, NELS);
Responsible for IMS Network optimization, Network expansion & Software Upgrade, Configuration, Testing and Troubleshooting;
Analyzing the Network KPIs/KQIs for Improving network performance;
Provide technical analysis/suggestion to PM (Project Manager) during project planning or project execution;
Support in Implementing solutions and integration with other network elements connected to IMS or related to its services;
Coordinate and ensure Network issues resolutions and VoLTE service functionality within the committed SLA;
Troubleshooting VoLTE service and incident recovery and onsite operation;
Leads the problem management process, identifies repetitive anomalies and look for solutions;
Knowledge of Protocol SIP/ Diameter/ H.248/ISUP/ SIGTRAN /M3UA/SCCP;
Responsible for NFVI optimization/ expansion & Software Upgrade, Configuration, Testing and Troubleshooting related to NFVI- IMS connectivity part;
Skills
Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services;
Good knowledge of signaling protocols and interfaces like Camel/MAP/SIP/Diameter, H.248/ISUP/ SIGTRAN /M3UA and SCCP routing, voice routing etc.
Very Good knowledge of English language
Communicative, team player, problem solving, Willing to work under pressure, Available to work overtime when necessary, Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Education
University Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering;
Experience
At least 2 years in the same profile/industry;
