Job Description
Junior Business Support Analyst is responsible for measuring, analysing and supporting the improvement in services through the performance of different types of tools,
market and business studies, database and KPIs analyses, etc., identifying improvement opportunities to meet and exceed the objectives agreed internally
and/or with the Client Organisation, supporting the taking of decisions based on data, significant and accurate reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and manage effective schedules, prepare call volume, average handling time, absenteeism and staffing forecasts.
Perform statistical-econometric analyses.
Develop and implement modules and improvements in the analysis models.
Generate metrics and indicators to analyse results, which support management, designing and preparing descriptive, understandable reports on functioning and revenue, suggesting ways to measure the operational environment, data extraction and analysis of KPIs.
Provide support to the operational teams to ensure results and adequate responses to end users
Support the monitoring of the correct implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the variable under analysis.
Identify improvement opportunities, from an economic, operative and functional standpoint, assessing the impact on the income statement, viability and predictions.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum studies: University training in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge will be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.
Experience and strong interest in understanding and analysing data
Excellent knowledge of Excel / G Suite
Databases: High level. (advantage, not a must).
Communications: Email - Intermediate/High level.
Minimum one year's experience performing similar functions. (advantage, not a must for a junior position).
English language C1 level
Italian language B2 level
