Duties and Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function.
Responsible for maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments.
Responsible for maintaining manufacturing facilities infrastructure
Coordinates with authorized and licensed third parties for replacement tools and parts for manufacturing operations.
Plans and prioritizes work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruption.
Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools.
Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Coordinates multiple mechanical and facilities projects simultaneously.
Education:
Completed Bachelor Degree as a Mechanical Engineer.
Extensive vocational training or college required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of job experience in the role.
Skills & Competencies:
Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical, mechanical, and voice and data communication drawings, and various diagrams.
Understanding of restaurants operating systems.
Working knowledge of security and fire protection systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, AutoCAD systems, and programmable logic controllers.
Competency to develop the required skill set of the technical team.
Strong communication and relationship management skills and a great team collaborator.
Team player, excellent time and project management, problem solving, sense of urgency, detail oriented, and a great deal of flexibility.
Ability to translate the concept in details.
Ability to meet deadlines for any project and tasks required from him/her.
Attention and keen eye for detail.
Good organizational skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
