We are looking for an Online Ads Manager to join our growing team and help us create and manage our online advertising campaigns.

Job Summary:
As an Online Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing our ads campaigns to drive user acquisition and higher conversions. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working on a wide range of projects to support our business and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Create, plan, execute, and optimize our online advertising campaigns to meet conversion and revenue goals
Conduct audience research, develop ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective landing pages and improve user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our online advertising campaigns are competitive and effective

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus
Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns, with a track record of delivering results
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Familiarity with online advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) and analytics tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with programmatic advertising and/or ad networks is a plus
