Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Delivering results; Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company. Customer Satisfaction: Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience; Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities; Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up); Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner; Administration: Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms; Inform on any mal-functioning of all operations in shop.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Education / Experience Business university degree preferred; Experience in sales.
Excellent communication skills; Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly; Ability to work within the target set; Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service; Ability to perform within a group; Good command of Albanian language; English preferred; Good understanding and usage of new technologies and trends; Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs.
Good understanding of the area; Understanding of the telecom business; Understanding of the telecom market and applications.
