Position: Sales Representative (Outbound Calls)
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Mercatuys products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet those needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably with outbound calling experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a bonus.
