Duties & Responsabilitie
Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies
Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies
Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals
Work closely with the Marketing Team to support the organization’s growth by developing content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement with the Kraco’s Brand
Responsible for digital marketing
Provide insight and analysis on the value and potential of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels
Collaborates closely with web development to optimize website content and conversions
Work with the Marketing Team to develop a centralized marketing calendar to include, social media and email campaigns, overseeing their full life cycle, including: creative/copy development, data segmentation, and reporting/analysis
Create and supply marketing collateral, merchandise and promotion collateral to each event, measuring and evaluating impact on recruitment and brand awareness
Qualifications
University of Tirana, Marketing / Business Administration or similar profiles;
Previous experience in Marketing, Distribution, Retail;
Very good communication skills, building successful relationships with clients;
Excellent presentation skills;
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
Be flexible and cooperative;
