Job description

Aoos.com.al, a leading online retailer in Albania, is seeking an experienced Skincare Brand Manager to oversee the development and growth of New Skincare Brand in Albania. The Skincare Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution, managing products and campaigns, and working closely with suppliers to maintain and grow our product range.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive the growth of Aoos.com.al's new skincare brand, including product assortment, promotional campaigns, and brand messaging.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Manage and maintain relationships with beauty retailers, negotiating contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure the best possible product assortment and pricing.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and engagement, including collaborating with marketing and social media teams.
Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activity.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery and inventory management.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a thorough understanding of the beauty market, competitors, and consumer behavior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or related field, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and an eye for trends.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and product strategies.
Fluent in English and Albanian.
Knowledge of the Albanian beauty market is a plus.
