Job Title: Slot attendant
Working Hours: Shifts

Location: Grand Casino Tirana (Kati -1 Hotel “Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana”)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintenance and cleaning processes: Automatic machines; Piracy machines; Shuffle machines;
Computer equipment connected to Casino Systems and other equipment such as TV, Screen; jackpot,Screens etc.
Tracking of Players and its reporting to Supervisors on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Minor Service Acts on Slot Machines - ticket refilling, cleanliness maintenance, condition controll- reporting
Slot Machine Accounting - process execution; communication with Cash Desk andsuperiors
Daily reporting to the Casino Senior Management regarding the performance of the slots and major games players
Focused on the activity of players in the casino; their habits and way of playing; updated databasesof regular customers, key players and potential potential new players
Actively communicates and communicates with other departments such as F&B & hosts to provide
Customer Satisfaction and Superior Customer Care
Participates in the training process in departments live:
Follow the orders of your employer and supervisor
Communication and cooperation with other casino departments
Comply with Internal Procedures and Policies
Work conscientiously and properly according to your strength, knowledge and skills
